Abiquiu Sky Classic Duster
The pattern was inspired by a drive through Rio Arriba County from Durango to Sante FE. Overhead, the skies were full of heavy clouds that sent falling snow on the road through the mountains. Upon reaching Abiquiu, the storm lifted, and allowed the Southwestern sun to break through, casting golden, rays on groves of cottonwood trees, and creating patches of brilliant light and deep shadow in the surrounding landscape.
